I noticed fully customizable UIs in mmorpgs make the game so much better, as each player can customize their own UI to how they see fit. To include having many open chat boxes for different areas and channels, allowing more communication on the platform.

Picture having nearby chat box open, also builder chat box open, and events chat box open ... easily able to watch each and interact with all of them.
