Hard to keep up with the chat

When you afk for only a minute and there are some people talking in the chat, it is really difficult to keep up with the conversation and you could miss important messages. The painpoint is when you try to scroll up it automatically scroll down to the most recent message.

Agreed! MMOs have the most robust chat systems. Some of them use chat logs stored locally on a users computer, so 3rd party tools can be used for more efficient customization and notifications.

Also, maybe there needs to be an AFk feature for DCL? (/afk on the keyboard?)
