yeah, we should absolutely expand our collection of smart items in the Creator Hub. We have many ideas for that :)

I assume what you suggest is something that resembles a street billboard. There are at least a couple of static items that resemble that, you could align an Image smart item on top of one for the same effect. Although of course aligning these is a bit more effort.
