In the old version of the web client for a short period of time, users could select their skin color similar to selecting their hair color with a color wheel.

Please add this back in (can re-use hair color wheel interface) so that we can match skin to wearables and have more options (gray skin with the wonderbot for example).

Given the diverse range of wearables available, this would greatly improve our avatar system, and it seems to be fully supported already on the engine side as prior versions can save the hex color the same way as any normal preset.
