Control panel in “Preview” disappears after pressing “Escape” key on the keyboard , until the next re-log in “Preview”

To remove the feature where pressing the "Escape" key causes the control panel to disappear, as it does not reappear until you sign back in. Also, since we already have the /debug option in chat for accessing the control panel.
